Tear trough filler is a non-surgical aesthetic treatment that uses hyaluronic acid dermal filler to restore lost volume beneath the eyes, reducing the appearance of hollows, dark circles and a tired-looking appearance. As we age, the delicate under-eye area can lose fat and collagen, creating shadows that make the eyes appear sunken or fatigued. By carefully replacing lost volume, tear trough filler smooths the transition between the lower eyelid and the cheek, brightening the under-eye area while maintaining a natural, refreshed look. Mild swelling, tenderness and bruising are common following treatment and will gradually settle as the filler integrates with the surrounding tissue. For the safest recovery and the best possible results, please follow the aftercare guide below.
What to expect
Mild swelling, tenderness and redness around the injection sites are common for 24–72 hours.
Small bumps can occur and usually settle as the product integrates.
Bruising is possible and may last up to 7–14 days.
Final results typically settle over 1–2 weeks.
First 24 hours
Keep the area clean. Avoid touching or pressing the treated area.
